The Portable Pneumatic Tube Cleaners use hollow shafting of different diameters as per tube I.D. to be cleaned. These shafts can be coupled together as per the length of the tube to be cleaned. Water flows through the hollow shaft and washes out deposits of the tubes. The water flow can be adjusted as per scale type. Typical cleaning tools used are Starter Drill & Carbide Drill for severely clogged tubes, brushes for cleaning light deposits, Buffing tool for final polishing. It cleans tubes safer, faster and cheaper than any other method.
These are used for oil coolers, small heat exchangers and condensers of Tube I.D. 1/4” to 1” & for larger diameter tubes of process vessels, heat exchangers and condensers of Tube I.D. 7/8” to 2”.
